In the latest season when Ziva is held captive in Africa Tony and McGee get captured on purpose to rescue her. Gibbs snipes through the window to the one captor in the room and then starts shooting everyone who gets in their way until they make their way out.

∙ 13y agoNo. She tries to fight against the terrorists but she is overpowered and held hostage by them. In NCIS season 7, Gibbs and team find out that Ziva is in trouble and go in search of her. Eventually Tony and McGee too get captured by Salim (The Terrorist leader) Finally Gibbs using his Sniper Rifle kills Salim and the whole team is reunited. They bring Ziva back to USA and save her.
