I'll assume we're talking about US minor parties: Libertarians, Greens, Constitutionalists, Modern Whigs, Communists, etc.
These parties take on four major roles:
First, the "textbook answer:" they provide a platform for non-mainstream political views. Greens remind us to care about the environment, Libertarians argue against big government, Whigs decry polarization and politicking and ask for common sense, and Communists rally against discrimination and exploitation. By doing so, they prevent the two-party establishment from ignoring real problems.
Second, they "spoil" elections: their candidates presence benefits the major party they disagreewith. Most of the time, third parties draw from one major party more than the other. This costs the more closely-affiliated major party's votes and may tip a close election to the other side.
Third, they may become a major party. This is rare, but has happened: the Republican party was once a small band of abolitionist progressives. Then they won the 1860 presidential election with the help of Democrat infighting.
Fourth, they can be really entertaining. Politics is too serious a matter to not have some fun from time to time. The Boston Tea Party is an excellent example, they set out with the goal to make voters laugh--and think--and in my opinion do a pretty good job.

Chris Farley and Steve Buscemi are not credited in "Billy Madison" because their roles were relatively minor and they were part of a larger ensemble cast. Farley had a small cameo as a bus driver, while Buscemi appeared in a brief but memorable scene as a character who had been bullied by Billy. Their uncredited appearances are not uncommon in films, where some actors choose to work uncredited for various reasons, including the size of their roles.
There recently has been in a gunfight between two political parties.
A legal guardian, by definition, is going to be at least 18. A guardian is the single adult that has been given legal authority to take care of a minor. It isn't any person that is older than the minor.

Traditional gender roles refer to societal norms and expectations regarding behaviors and responsibilities typically assigned to men and women. Men have often been seen as the breadwinners and decision-makers, while women have been associated with caregiving and homemaking. These roles can limit individual potential and perpetuate stereotypes, though they have evolved significantly over time with changing social dynamics and increased advocacy for gender equality. Today, many people advocate for more fluid and equitable roles that allow individuals to pursue their interests and strengths, regardless of gender.
The most important roles of minor political parties has been to give the voters and option outside of the 2 major parties. Minor political parties have altered the outcome of some of elections.
minor, or third, parties appear from time to time. although no third-party candidate has ever been elected president, minor parties do affect election outcomes. they take votes from major parties and they call attention to certain issues.

IF YOU MEANT ROLE: For the minor parties, the very important innovator role has been a major source of frustration. By the time their proposals gain any real degree of popular support, one or sometimes both of the major parties have already taken over the ideas and presented the policies as their own.Read more: Why_is_the_innovator_role_a_source_of_frustration_to_minor_parties
There are two major political parties in the US. These parties are the Democratic and Republican parties. In US history there have been third parties from time to time that are formed by a minority of citizens. Usually these parties do not last long and are formed to fill a specific need its members believe needs to be addressed in that the two major parties do not believe they are important enough.
