No, it's not possible for just him to as the two toads can't sit on his shoulders and be still for him as the Kyuubi (Kurama) rejects them. He can however, make Kage Bunshin (Shadow Clones) and they can sit still for him and then he just summons them back.

No. Kyuubi gets easily annoyed (senile old fart!) and Naruto pisses him off. Eventually hen Naruto gets older and (thankfully!) less annoying Kyuubi starts to respect him.
Yes, Naruto eventually forms a friendship with the Nine Tails, known as Kurama. Initially, Kurama is hostile and resentful towards Naruto because of the pain inflicted on him by humans. However, over time, they develop a bond based on mutual respect and understanding, particularly as they work together to face common enemies. This relationship becomes a significant aspect of Naruto's growth and strength as a ninja.
Kyubii, also known as Kyuubi or Nine-Tails, is a term primarily associated with the character Kurama from the anime and manga series "Naruto." In Japanese folklore, the term refers to mythical nine-tailed fox spirits (kitsune) but does not specify individual names. In "Naruto," Kurama is the most prominent representation of the Kyubii. Other than Kurama, there are no distinct named Kyubii within the series or folklore.
