There are three major rivers in the ivory coast, each flowing from north to south. From east to west, these are the Cavally, Sassandra, and the Bandama. 500 miles is the length of the longest river in this country. That river is called the Bandama River. The Bandama flows through almost all of the Ivory Coast. The Bandama flows through almost all of the Ivory Coast. Other main rivers in the Ivory Coast include the Cavally, the and the Sassandra. The Atlantic Ocean surrounds the entire coast of this country. Clearly, the Ivory Coast is not short on water. It flourishes throughout the country leaving the vegetation mostly moist.Despite its size, the Ivory Coast has a wide variety of physical features. It is 322,463 square kilometers. In Africa, the Ivory Coast is located on the western part of its coast. The eastern part of its coast is flat and very sandy. On the western part of its coast, it is extremely rocky and filled with mountains. Beyond the coast, there is a tropical forest that is 95 to 185 miles wide. Mount Nimba is the tallest mountain in the Ivory Coast reaching the height of 5,749 feet. The Gulf of Guinea meets the coast of the country. It is 1,300 feet above sea level on some parts of the east and west sides of the Ivory Coast. Liberia, Ghana, Guinea, Mali, and Burkina Faso border this country. It is evident that the Ivory Coast has many varied physical properties. The country of the Ivory Coast contains many natural resources. One of the main natural resources found is petroleum. Petroleum is the base of the gasoline used in the cars we drive today. Part of the petroleum found is exported out to the United States of America. Diamonds, the hardest known rock in the world, is another natural resource found in this country. Copper and iron ore are two very useful resources unearthed in this small country. The main natural resource that is not excavated from the ground is found in the rivers of this country, fish. This greatly affects the eating habits of Ivorians. One other natural resource found in the Ivory Coast is cobalt. The diversity of natural resources is very large in the Ivory Coast. The nation consists of a large plateau rising gradually from sea level to almost 500 meters altitude in the north. Vegetation changes from lagoon and semitropical growth in the south to savanna grassland and scrub in the north.Mountain ranges extend along the northeast, and dot the southern part of the border. Three major river systems flow southward forming parallel drainage basins. Cutting across these basins are three geographic regions roughly parallel to the coast--the lagoon region, the forest region, and the savanna region.
The exponent tells how many times the base is used as a factor.
Filming was done at Movieworld in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. The Marine Base was filmed at Bond University. The part through which skyscrapers are shown is the downtown area of Brisbane, Australia, in addition to being filmed through-out the outer areas of the metropolitan area in bush land.
The number that indicates how many times the base is used as a factor is the exponent, or power.
What is the difference between base and peak load?Load is the amount of power in the electrical grid. Base load is the level that it typically does not go below, that is, the basic amount of electricity that is always required.Peak load is the daily fluctuation of electricity use. It is usually lowest in the wee hours of the morning and highest in the early evening. It also varies seasonally. Are base and peak loads provided differently?Base load is typically provided by large coal-fired and nuclear power stations. They may take days to fire up, and their output does not vary. Peak load, the variable part of the electrical supply and demand, is provided by more responsive and smaller plants whose output can be quickly ramped up and down or that can even be quickly turned on and off.

Not really. San Francisco is their main west coast base/hub.
An installation (usually a group of several underground silos) from which rockets bearing nuclear warheads under their nosecones can be launched.
Nuclear power plants are capital intensive power plants and hence it is more economic to operate them at high capacity factors (or as base load plants)
