∙ 11y agoLaertes mourns for the murder of his father, Polonius, and his sister Ophelia who committed suicide. He sees Hamlet as the cause for their deaths: Hamlet stabbed Polonius, and it was Hamlet's rejection of Ophelia that drove her insane. So Laertes wanted revenge.
