186 Fleet Street. It says so in the Wikipedia entry (see the Related Link below). I don't think the address is ever mentioned in the movie (but I could be wrong). In the movie adaptation of Sondheim's musical, Sweeney tells both Anthony (the boy who loves Johanna) and Beadle Bamford (Judge Turpin's lackey) that they can find his shop on Fleet Street, but he never mentions the exact address.

In the 2007 movie, the first man Sweeney killed was Adolfo Pirelli
At this time there are no plans to make a second Sweeney Todd movie. There was no sequel to the book OR the musical it was based on, so a second movie does not make much sense, but we can continue to hope. :)

Answer: One must remember that Sweeney Todd returned to London illegally, and therefore could not parade around using his old name, which Judge Turpin would immediatly recognise. Sweeney Todd was just a name he chose to use while residing in London.
The name of the movie is 'Sweeney Todd'. With Johnny Depp starring as Sweeney Todd. Sweeney Todd, The Demon Barber of Fleet Street. HA!
