An Alloy is two metals mixed together.
it is the combination of one or more elements, usually metals. the mixture of elements in an alloy gives it new properties that are different from the properties of the individual element. it often eliminates disadvantages of the pure metal .
Aluminium is an element of one type of molecules but an alloy is a combination of more than one type of molecules like NiCd-nickel cadmium alloy etc
It is a metal---an alloy of Nickel and chromium.
The motto of Technological University of Pereira School of Chemistry is 'School of Chemistry'.
Both are concened with chemistry but alchemistry is non-scientific.

There are many things to learn in Chemistry folio form 4 chapter 9 alloy. One can start by reading chapter 9.

Bronze is an alloy of copper and tin, in varying proportions, depending on the desired properties of the alloy. Also, the color named for the metal.
In chemistry, a solution is the same as a homogeneous mixture (see the Related Questions for information on mixtures in chemistry). Basically, a solution has two things in it, a Solute being dissolved and a Solvent doing the dissolving. Now, solutes always make up the majority of the mixture.Another type of solution (one that doesn't involve a liquid) is an alloy. An alloy is a combination of two or more solid elements (metal). For example, steel is an alloy, because it is made out of elemental metals, like iron.
An amalgam is a solid alloy of mercury, the only metal element that is liquid at standard temperature and pressure, with some other metal.
The three types of compounds are:1. Alloy=metal+metal(bronze)2. Ionic3. Molecular
Brass is a substitutional alloy in which copper atoms in the host crystal are replaced by the similarly sized zinc atoms. World of Chemistry, McDougal Littll. page 459
In chemistry, the term "alloy" generally refers to mixtures of two or more metals, but can also refer to a mixture of metals and non-metals. Steel is perhaps the most commonly known alloy. In its simplest form it is comprised of mostly iron mixed with a bit of manganese and carbon.

no it is not an alloy. alloy is a mixture of metals

I think you're looking for "an alloy." According to the Wikipedia page, "An alloy is a partial or complete solid solution of one or more elements in a metallic matrix." But as I've learned in a non-scientific sense, when you melt a bunch of metals and mix 'em together, you've got an alloy.
