Morula. (Also spelt Marula, Maroela.) That includes in southern Africa, with northern parts of South Africa. It is yellow, almost round, and about 2,5 cm in diameter. There is very little fruit on inside the skin, as the hard pip takes up almost all the inside. Morulas are apparently not cultivated on farms. Morula season is around late February. It's also a favourite fruit of the elephants.
