What is at stark mountain on Pokemon pearl?

In the deepest heart of Stark Mountain is Heatran, the Fire/Steel-type Legendary. On the entrance of Stark Mountain, you can find an Escape Rope, PP Up, Burn Heal, Full Restore, and Max Elixir and in the main cavern, you can find a Hyper Potion, Rare Candy, Flame Plate, TM50-Overheat, Calcium, Full Heal, Iron Ball, Zinc, Iron, Max Revive, Revive, Max Elixir, Nugget, and a Ultra Ball. Some items may require the HM Rock Climb, whilst every area only requires the HM Strength and Rock Smash to get to the deepest part of the cave. You can find Golbat, Machoke, Geodude, Graveler, Onix, Weezing, Slugma, Magcargo, Camerupt, and Magby (LeafGreen needs to be inserted in the Game Pak slot.) in every area.

Before you can go anywhere from the Fight Area, you have to see all 210 Pokemon on the Sinnoh Pokedex. Once you do that, you head North to the Survival Area. Once you get there, you head East and follow that route North. You should reach Stark Mountain at that point. Sorry if these aren't very clear directions to it. :-/

After completing Pokemon league,go to Snowpiont city and then board the ferry there.Then on the island where you are a road will lead to Stark Mountain.
