Melfort is the best city to live in! Vancouver and Toronto are amazing as well.
Best city in Canada to live in would depend on what you like, if you like the the fast paced busy life you would like Toronto which is very multi-cultural, got the subway stations, street cars, busses, best shopping malls, a lot of different restaurants and you will meet people from all over the world.
If you like the Hollywood life where you could walk into movie stars and the surroundings are picturesque and clean you would love Vancouver it is smaller than Toronto but it has it's own charm. The weather is also very nice it's warm almost year round especially in the middle of winter, the only downside is that it rains a lot you can compare it to England most people will agree. The majority of the population would be white and chinese.
