You must register to obtain a spin number including providing age and email address and they also have rules that must be followed to allow you to win the prizes. They include age restrictions and the number of accounts allowed and whether they are considered active. All of this must be done on-line at their site which is the only way you can obtain the number.

Go to the Wheel of Fortune site and register to be eligible for the daily drawings (Monday through Saturday).
