These are the primary differences between Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 server: 1) Win 2K has Emergency Repair Disk) for disaster recovery scenarios where in Win2K3 we have advanced ASR (Automated System Recovery) 2) In Win 2K only domain wide trust relationships can be maintained. However in win2K3 forest-wide trust is a new feature in active directory. 3) Win 2K uses IIS 5.0 version whereas Win 2k3 has IIS 6.0. 4) Win 2K3 has a new feature called volume shadow copy component. This feature allows taking snapshot backups. 5) Window 2003 server includes IIS server in it. That is the biggest advantage on top of better file system management. 6) You can change the domain name at any time with help of ntdsutil command, without rebuilding the domain that is not possible in 2000. 7) In 2000 support maximum 10 users access shared folder at a time through network but in 2003 no any limit. -Nitin Note: Note: 1: Windows 2000 server give only 90 days trial version of Terminal server. but Windows Server 2003 give 120 days trial version. 2: Windows server 2003 shared folder at a time only 65767 user access.

there are not many similarities, except the if and else statements, loops, etc... but PHP talks to the server, JavaScript can't. That's why both languages have totally different functions. If you only use basic JavaScript, PHP doesn't differ too much.
RMI or Remote Method Invokation is very similar to RPC or Remote Proceedure call in that the client both send proxy objects (or stubs) to the server however the subtle difference is that client side RPC invokes FUNCTIONS through the proxy function and RMI invokes METHODS through the proxy function. RMI is considered slightly superior as it is an object-oriented version of RPC.
Desktop computers are intended to use at home or at office at the same place. they don't have integrated the screen, keyboard and mouse Server computers are designed to be used to be a server (such as a web server, sql server or other) Laptop computers are made for taking them to travel. they are smaller and they have screen, keyboard and mouse integrated hope this helps
Oracle and Access are both RDBMS's (Relational Database Management Systems). Consequently they both use tables which have 'keys' to retrieve rows, and use 'foreign keys' to other tables to 'relate' those rows together. Oracle and Access also both use SQL (Structured Query Language) to allow you to use the database (for example: "select * from customer_table where customer_number = '12345'"), although you can use tools which provide a more graphical environment to produce the underlying SQL. The real difference between the two is that Oracle is an industrial strength RDBMS.

I don't know but it doesn't seem like either one came with proper English.
The difference between the server and domains is fairly simple. The server is the system on which the entire functions rest, and the domains are pages within that system. Imagine the server as a neighborhood and domains as houses.
Windows 2000 Server and Windows NT Server 4.0 (SP5).
