Novels were unique in trying to imitate real life. Mimetic means recreating real life. So literature in the 1800s were focused on realism.
Language - it is the usage of that easy word which we use to communicate with each otherin our day to day life. while conversing with each other we are never using the bookish word. We are only using the easy words which are easy to understand in in speaking. Usage of Effective language also leads and lit your future propspects. While In Literature - it is the advance form of language, which have almost bookish words i.e. strong vocublary, even it needs intelligency to understand the litrary meaning of the quoted word. In this mode, we are use less words but convey broad meaning in the message. Language is the basic mode while literature is the advance mode just like i.e. words are the language and phrases are the literature.
Well, it depends on where you are, but one difference that is pretty common is that of language. Usually local movies are in the main language of the region, and foreign ones are in whatever language is common in the area they come from. Another fairly common difference is budget. Depending on where the movies are being made, they might have a very limited budget... or a very large budget. This isn't always the case, but it is a frequent difference seen in movies made in different places.
At secondary school there was English language and English literature. English language was punctuation etc. English literature was popems, stories etc.

English Literature studies and analysis prose, poetry etc.. English Language looks at the theoritical/Linguistic approach to language. i.e. Syntax, Phonology, Semantics & Pragmatics.. It's more to do with the analysis of the actual way in which language is spoken/written, not to do with the way in which it is represented in a novel

Language is the basics. This includes grammar, punctuation etc. Though English Literature always has three elements; Poetry, Prose(includes novels and all types of stories)and last of all Drama.
