The difference between single port RAM and dual port RAM is that single port RAM can be accessed at one address at one time, thus you can read/write only one memory cell during each clock cycle. Dual port RAM has ability to simultaneously read and write different memory cells at different addresses.
SPRAM uses a 6 transistor basic ram cell, while the dual port ram cell uses 8 transistor cell for memory. so the area of spram is much smaller than the area of dpram cell. To gain the advantages of both spram (less area) and dpram ( high speed) Pseudo dual port ram is introduced. which can read and write the data in the same clock, using rising and falling edges for the operations respectively, and using spram memory cell for the storage of data.
In a dual beam oscilloscope we are using two separate electron beam for producing different wave forms. But in a dual trace oscilloscope the same beam is used for producing two different wave forms
Single sided single layer DVD 4.7 GB Single sided dual layer DVD 8.0 GB Double sided single layer 9.4 GB Double sided dual layer 17 GB
A self-dual logic function is a function that is identical to its dual
DVD-5 is an acronym that means a DVD disc that is one-sided single-layer disc and can contain upto 4.38 gigabytes of data on it.DVD-9 is one form of DVD discs that means a single-sided dual-layer DVD disc. DVD-9 can hold approximately 7.95 gigabytes of data
France accepts dual citizenship for its citizens, provided that the other country accepts it.
what is the difference between dual and single pin spark plugs
Single means there is just one. Dual means there are two IGBT's (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) inside the one package.
Dual core is the property of having two cores in a single CPU. Core2Duo is an Intel CPU that has two cores.

556 is a dual version of 555 single timer.
Single citizenship means a person is a citizen of only one country. Dual citizenship means a person is a citizen of two countries, and holds passports from both countries. Dual citizens have rights and responsibilities in both countries.
what is difference between regular simplex method and dual simplex method
dual core processors allow for twice as much data processing thus making computer much faster and stable.
a dual stage can run at low or high speed depending upon heat load, a single stage has only one speed.
The difference between primal and dual are that primal means an essential, or fundamental of an aspect where as dual means consisting of two parts or elements. Primal is one, dual is two.
One has 3 one has 8
No difference in the meaning but when people talk about immigration and citizenship topics, almost all of them use the term 'dual citizenship'.
