Keep it in your party, battle with it but don't let it faint, if you have entrance to that club in the resort area take it to be groomed, feed it items (but not herbs/natural medicine), and feed it poffins.

∙ 14y agoThe easiest way to increase Eevee's happiness to maximum happiness is to do as follows:
1. Let it battle a lot.
2. When it's battling, do not let it faint at all.
3. Use vitamins on it.
4. Feed it berries.
5. Give it massages. In Diamond, Pearl and Platinum there are 2 places that give massages. 1 in Veilstone City and 1 in the Resort Area. In HeartGold and SoulSilver Daisy in Pallet Town will give massages.
