This happens in Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story.
Specifically it's the episode, Bango Was His Name-O
Its the one where Stewie gets really tanned in a tanning bed and gets a mole and thinks he has cancer so on his 'death bed' Brian records his last thoughts and Stewie is talking about the little squiggle things your eyes see and when you look at them they disappear. If u closes your eyes hard, u see a lot of shapes and colors. The "squigglish" thing is just one of those shapes.
meg and stewie (family guy may deny this) were based off of Meg and Charels Wallace from A Wrinkle in Time. The daughter thinks she's ugly and etc., and the son is a genius. Look it up. (not the movie- the movie was bad)-- It should be noted that the above answer is opinion based only. There is no solid evidence, i.e. interviews with the Seth MacFarlane or cast, that proves this. After all, in Stewie's case, Seth has stated Stewie was based on British actor Rex Harrison.
If you're referring to part 1 of Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story, 'Stewie B Goode', he has a near-death experience at the community pool and as he lies in bed with a hangover he wishes there was someone out there who was just like him and understood him. A vague relation to this question may be in the episode 'The Tan Aquatic With Steve Zissou' (UK Season 6/US Season 5), where Stewie asks Brian to write down his final thoughts because he thinks he is dying of cancer. Hope this helps! :/
Derek was Ashelys boyfriend in an episode. She thinks about losing her virginity to him in the episode.
