The drain under a sink when it goes thru the wall instead of the floor. If looked at from the side, it would look like a P.
The drain is connected to a vent that allows water to drain without making a gurgling sound, and the P-trap is not remaining filled. The P-trap is designed to hold water under the sink and create a "vapor barrier" that will keep the septic smells (and sounds) out of your bathroom. Generally what happens is that the P-trap is not deep enough and gets drained during normal operation and/or is being blown out by the pressure from the house vent. Extend the existing "P" trap so that is holds more water. It should have a deeper bowl. == Answer== make sure you run water in it one time every two weeks. And make sure you have a p- trap.
sometimes only and sometimes mother's height also . it doesn't matter only father
im assuming its 4'11 he almost drowned in ww2... kinda funny
By considering P(h) = P(0) * exp(-(mgh/kT)) - (where P(h) is the pressure result of the equation; P(0) is the pressure at the "surface" of the planet; m is the mass of the molecule that is predominant in the atmosphere (in kg); g is the gravitational acceleration present on the planet; k is Boltzmann's constant; T is mean observed temperature (in Kelvin)) We can then analyse what height is needed for P(h) to be equal to 1/e of the surface value: the scale height h(0) = kT/mg for P(h) to be equal to 1/e, and by substituting in standard values, and assuming a predominantly hydrogen gas atmosphere, and using g=GM/r^2, we derive the result (that varies according to the different values of g, m, and T that you use): h(0)(Jupiter) = ~20km Have fun ;-)
under the sink waste plug hole
No, it will not work. The easiest way to fix any kitchen sink clogs is to remove the 'P' trap and clean it physically.
WIthout a P-trap or a goose-neck, it will allow odors and fumes and maybe varmints to come back up the pipe.
It is usually hooked up to your kitchen sink p-trap or garburator under the sink, which is vented. This is the only vent you need for drainage.
P-trap may be cracked, nuts are loose on p-trap, or check for leak above p-trap that may be dripping down on p-trap.
Directly under each sink.
Directly under each sink.
What joint exactly is leaking on you p-trap?
If you know that the ring has not flushed into the main line, remove the p-trap from under the sink. The ring will most likely be in there. The p-trap is the u-shaped section of the drain pipe.
Your kitchen sink should already be vented if there is a p-trap draining to the wall. if it is an s-trap it is not vented and not to present code requirements. The dishwasher drain goes into the side of the disposal and the disposal should drain to the trap. A separate vent is not required for the disposal or dishwasher as the trap for the sink is what requires a vent.
By disconnecting it from the tail piece and the piping on the outlet side of the trap
Normally you will install a dishwasher drain pipe above your kitchen sink drain, so you are using the sinks P-Trap. When installed in this fashion, no you don't require a seperate. If you want to install your drain elsewhere, than yes you need a trap otherwise you will have sewer gases backing up through your dishwasher and into your kitfchen
