I believe that when you are sixteen in Ontario you can leave and even if your parents want you to come back the police cannot make you. Keep in mind that at sixteen you are still a minor and your parents are still legally responsible for you (i.e. if you break into a store, damage someone's property...etc.) you are "legal" when you are 18 for sure. And can move out then with or without your parents consent.

i have a friend in is being force to live in BC because of his mom, hes tryint to find the answer to this question as well, from what i last heard it is 16 to be able to move out on your own, or with a family member, with a proper signed papers

16 i don't understand that you can live on your own when your 16, but cant do anything to your own body until 18 or 19. like tanning, piercings, tatoos, smoking, drinking.

In Canada, the age that a child/youth can leave home varies from province to province. In Ontario a youth can leave home, without parental permission, at the age of 16.
