Brick, Requiem for a Dream, The Usual Suspects, Clockwork Orange, Being John Malkovich, Donnie Darko, Adaptation, Fight Club, Primer, The Machinist, 2001:Space Odyssey, Butterfly Effect, Gattaca, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, 12 Monkeys, Train Spotting, and Synecoche, New York are all very great and very mind blowing movies.
I highly recommend any of these movies if you're looking for a film that actually makes you think.
