A national newspaper makes its money by publishing information of national or international interest, and while I am sure that the noise of the loudspeaker is annoying you, it is hardly of national importance. You would do better taking up the issue with your local government officials. Perhaps the response of these officials to your complaint may be of more interest to the Times of India.
