There are several major mountain ranges in Canada. The most famous range would be the Rockies. These mountains are part of the the Western Cordillera which passes from Canada and into the United States. The Innuitian mountains are another range along with the Appalachians though the Appalachians are now generally all eroded and round.

The longest mountain range in Canada is the Rocky Mountains range, also known as the Rockies.

The Rockies are over 4830 km (3,000 miles) long and stretch from British Columbia in the north to New Mexico, in the US, in the south.

The Rockies are part of the Western Cordillera (Pacific Cordillera).
