What is the movie Paulie about?

Pauile is a movie about a green conure parrot who gets separated from his owner, a little girl name Marie with a speech problem. Paulie causes too many problems for Marie's dad, and he decides to give him away. He goes to a secondhandshop, where an elderly lady, Ivy finds him. He tells Ivy about Marie and they find her in a phonebook, and drive to her house, but suddenly see that she has moved to Los Angeles. Ivy tries driving to Los Angeles for Paulie, but she can't see very well and has some problems on the road. Ivy dies and paulie decides to try his biggest fear - flying. He does, and he flies all the way to Los Angeles, and arrives at a taco bar, with a man and three other parrots. He stays with them until a man named Benny, steals paulie. He forces Paulie to steal money, and he does. Then one night, he ordered paulie to steal some jewelry for his girlfriend, Ruby. Paulie tries, but a little boy sees him and has his dad gets paulie, and takes him to an animal center, where they test animals. Paulie spends years there until Misha rescues him and takes him to Maries house to live his life.
