poutine

beaver tails (a deepfried dessert)

maple syrup

ice wine

Canadian bacon

bannock (a traditional native American bread)

there are too many different cultures in Canada to have just one dish, there are many, meat casseroles, steak and potatoes, pork chickens etc.. also all the Asian dishes that come from china, Vietnam, etc.and Indian curries, the Quebec cuisine is one of the best in the world, also Indian curries. everyone love poutine, french fries with cheese curds and gravy, Yum!!!
