The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms
Speaking as a Canadian, we do enjoy freedom of speech in Canada. However, that is not an absolute freedom; there are some kinds of speech which are legally restricted. It is illegal to promote hatred of minority groups in Canada. Personally, I have always been free to express my opinions and I have no problem with Canadian laws about free speech.
Canadians are living in America legally, they live in North America. Did you mean United States of America ? Mexicans, Canadians and USA people are Americans, north Americans. Or do you think that United States of America has bought North America ?People who lived in USA must be called United States Americans, not only "Americans" or "America", because Americans are people living in North, Central, and South America. Your question should be : Do canadians ever come to the United States illegaly ? or : Do United States Americans go to Canada ilegally ?
If a minor is not legally allowed to work under the Indian Constitution, they can not have legal income. They may have money they've gotten from their family but that does not count as income.
The reasonable limits clause in the "Charter of Rights and Freedoms" basically means that the government can legally limit your rights and freedoms if you are breaking the law. For example: Even though the charter says you have the freedom of thought, belief, opinion expression that does not mean a person can commit hate crimes and argue they have the freedom to express their own opinion and thoughts. Spreading hate is a crime and thats breaking the law. BUT it some cases it will vary, as always.

No. It would require a licence for importation, even if the gun was made in the US.
The Constitution can be changed. It is a difficult process and quite rightly so but the people can do away with the current constitution and start all over. Because it is difficult to redo a constitutional government, there are those, believing the constraints placed upon government and the freedoms acknowledged by the constitution make it impossible for government to govern. These are the people who reinterpret the Constitution in ways that allow government to expand the scope of their jurisdiction and legally disregard the natural rights of the people. It is one thing to take a liberal view of the Constitution and another thing entirely to claim the Constitution says what it does not say.
