A communication system can be represented by the following flow: Transmitter --------> Channel ---------> Receiver The transmitter is input or source component. It is also responsible for any encoding of the information if applicable. The channel is responsible to transfer the information from the source to the destination without distortion or loss of information. Channels tend to be affected by external signals or noise. To achieve this a variety of "protocols" or rules are used. The receiver is the output or destination component. This responsible for receiving the message in the form transmitted, decode it if applicable and render the original information.
The media's function in a democracy is to educate the general population on the actions of the government. It is a policing force, since the voting public has the power (at least theoretically) to overthrow the government if they are abusing their power. Media can also be used by the state to control people's perceptions, a form of propaganda. It depends on whether there is "free press" in your situation or not.
A Letter Message (electronic messages of a letter) is an electronic circuit that spells out a personal message, one letter at a time. It's one of those personal technologies that I build for other people who request it. The device has a single alpha-numeric display that flashes single characters sequentially in order to communicate a given message. The message repeats over and over again as long as a 9 volt power source is applied (Typically a 9 volt battery). The purpose of a letter message is to relay a personal message to someone in a way that is special and unique; kind of like a greeting card. However, a letter message is more unique because the message is immortalized in technology. The circuit is a hard-wired circuit, not something that can be changed by hitting "delete", and re-editing. The sole purpose of the device is to display a special message to someone under special circumstances. The Related Link below, entitled "Letter Message" in the "Sources and Related Links" section, talks more about the Letter Message including how to get one sent to someone. It's basically a more unique alternative to a greeting card.

The source is the origin of the communication. The message is the content that is to be exchanged. The channel is the medium used to convey the message. The receiver is the destination of the message.
Stopping the message transfer between 2 persons , so that 2nd person can't receive the message.....
The source of the communication transaction is the originator of the message. Also known as the sender of information, the source initiates the communication process. In speech communication, we can identify the source to be the speaker, the one delivering the message. In daily life situations we are all sources of information as we relate to others and speak our ideas to them. We are both a source of message, consciously and unconsciously.
solicited-node multicast address
Tracert lists the places that a message passes from source to destination. Ping only says the computer destination is answering "yes, I'm here."
Depends on where the source is and where the destination is.
This depends entirely on the size of the original message, the MTU used, and whether or not windowing of segments is allowed.
looping refers to the covering of all the nodes from a source to the destination by reaching all the nodes at once
The simple communication process mostly consists of the following main elements. The Source: from where the message originates The Message : the idea, need to be transfered.... The Medium : the channel required for the transferrance of that idea or message...... The Reciever : the destination to which the message has been designed..the last user....
This is the modern face of full duplex communication. What it means to you and me is that a message has its destination confirmed every time it is moved along the network
The destination computer will likely send back an ICMP Destination Unreachable message to inform the source computer that there is no process listening on the specified port. The source computer can then take appropriate action based on this response, such as notifying the user or terminating the connection attempt.
The Basic Header contains information about the source of the message. The Application Header contains information about the message type and the destination of the message. The contents of the trailer block include both user information (checksum, message authentication, proprietary authentication, and so on) and system information (delayed message, message reference, possible duplicate message, and so on).
