Only the Pokemon in the wild are shiny and stay shiny.

There most likely is, however since Platinum is under 3 months old, I doubt its in the AR. You'll probably have to load it in yourself.
You can't change nature once you've caught a Pokemon. I suggest recatching the same Pokemon with the nature codes ON.
no.
probably very slim .i have been playing for seven years and only ran into two shiny pokemon.spearow and voltorb. Yes I agree with above, very small chances. I've played for about 5 years and I've ran into 1 shiny Pokemon, a Pikachu in the safari zone on Pokemon Emerald
As of now, no action replay codes are reported for Pokemon Platinum.

Yes there is. You would have had to update your action replay.
if trade someone for a shiny but not in the game (unless you us the action replay for shiny wild Pokemon) (with that code every wild Pokemon will be shiny).
there is no code for it !
The Pokemon Platinum ID code is CPUE-DO74D1B3. I am not sure if the O is a zero or a 0. So try both. sry =(
