well it depends.ramparodos is very strong and has powerful rock type moves.drogonite is awesome at attack and has good moves.but ryperior has the best moves like rock wrecker and has quite good attack.so out of all ramparods is the strongest then ryperior then dragonite.
Personally i would say Zoroark, Kyurem or Hydreigon but that's my opinion:)
