Value depends on a number of things you didn't mention. The main one is the condition of the weapon. Without more infomation, the best I can do is give you a range of 300-1200 USD. I came across one of these in a gun store it was used but great condition brand spanking new probably it was 1-3 years old it was the only one they had and the reason why because it was 5200 USD.
Depending on condition, 75-150 or so.
Made 1958-1971, Do not have exact production records, yours would have been about mid 1960s. VERY nice rifles.
It is in the decade of the 1960s. (Unlike centuries, which use the next higher hundreds value, the decades normally refer to the tens value of the year.)
depends on condition and if it says "LSA 65" on it.
550 usd
400-800 USD depending on specifics

EIG is the importer, they imported a lot of firearms from different manufacturers in the 1950s and 1960s. They do not have a lot of value, usually around $100.

The value of ANY gun is based on exact make, model and condition. Question cannot be answered without all 3 factors. Sorry-
