This cartoon sometimes features old, hunched-back ladies with small, sagging boobs and tiny, round glasses, I think. Or they have no glasses at all and you can barely see their eyes and they might have large hair that sticks out--I'M NOT SURE! It's not well-known, and very few people know about this animated cartoon. That's all I know!! The characters have skinny outlines, I think. PLEASE HELP!!
