You can be a bagger at a grocery store. You could also work at McDonalds (maybe) or Burger King. Plus if you don't mind getting up real early in the morning you can try detasseling over the summer it lasts for like 2-3 weeks and you get paid minimum wage.

As with anywhere in the united states, few places will hire you until you are 16. It has mainly to do with insurance, as younger people tend to be more expensive to cover. I know that McDonalds and Burger King hire before 16, so I'd try there, or a mom and pop store is also likely to hire a younger person if they feel they are competent.
