As far as I can tell, not having seen the film in question, and assuming you are talking about "Matrix:Reloaded" the motorcycle was a Ducati 996.

Of course, you could be asking about the first movie or there could be other scenes with motorcycles, and I can't tell when you asked this question, so my answer is probably wasted, but I can not find any evidence through Google searches, that there was a Triumph Speed Triple in this film.
