Sasuke does not show romantic feelings or says "I like you Sakura" nothing like that, he was just very impressed by Sakura's power.... she was tired of being the weak one and being the one behind them all the time. She said it herself "this time I will be in front" then she uses Tsunade's "Hyakugou jutsu-technique".
I believe it was the 1st Hokage who said the impact was bigger and stronger than tsunade's.
So Sasuke was just impressed, I personally am a SasuSaku believer, I LOVE THEM i think they are the best couple in the both Naruto series...and they will have a chance...jus not yet hope I helped :)

Sasuke Uchiha does not like Sakura Haruno. You can just tell He doesn't. That's incredibly easy to see(I mean he did try kill Sakura twice, didn't he?). Sasuke does not see her in a romantic light or even friendship. Though he did once love Sakura, just not in the way she wanted him to. Sasuke saw Sakura as a little sister, teammate, and close friend, but that's as far as it ever went. It actually pummeted from there once he defected. He might become friends with her again if he's saved, but it'll probably stay like that.
Was Sakura's confession true?
yes, of course sakura confession was completley true about her feelings for naruto (sakura really loves naruto )and as also in her confession she not cared about sasuke (it might be not true she may be cared about him but as friend or teammate not as a lover)and my evidence from the manga (the biggest evidence)i have more than 10 reasons and evidences that she was true that she really loves naruto and i will show the biggest reason:let's looks at this from a realistic point of view. There was NO NEED for Sakura to tell Naruto she loves him in order to release him from the POTL she could have just tell him to forget about the promise and stop chasing Sasuke(like saying:naruto,i don't need your promis to back sasuke now ,forget about it,i just telling that becaus i felt a guilt for you to lift all this burden on you), although Naruto will be surprise he will tell her that he wants to bring Sasuke back to Konoha not just for the promise but for himself too. There we go Sakura will release him from the promise but we all know that he was still going to chase over him, so you see there was no need for her to confess her feelings to him.Why make me strongly sure that Sakura was telling the truth in her confession?Back at 459 Sakura told herself(not yamto or sai or any one she was herself ) that she's the one who has caused Naruto the most pain.. she was making nothing only maistakes and she DOESN'T WANT TO MAKE ANOTHER MISTAKE! In Naruto SHippuden Series also there are many hints that the author put in the manga example of this is Yamato's words and Sakura's reaction after seeing Naruto's maturity.

Though,he was not actually seen putting Sakura on the bench.Also,later in Shippuden,Sasuke becomes more violent and Sakura even attempts to kill Sasuke just to bring him back to the village,but Sasuke is much stronger than Sakura so no one knows.I believe so. When Team 7 found Sasuke with Oro Sasuke was about to kill Sakura because once again she was in the way an if not for Yamato to stop him he probably would have succeeded.Well right now in ch 483 sasuke and sakura meet again.Sakura tells sasuke she wants to be with him but he says she has to kill karin to be with him.She cant decide if she wants to kill karin or him.All of a sudden he tries to kill sakura but kakashi comes in and blocks the hit.So yes sasuke did try to kill sakura again and he did not show affection to her at all.

The manga/anime is build off of dreams, Hinata dreams is to be with naruto and sakura dream is to be with sasuke, hinata has always loved naruto, sakura was just another girl who never understood naruto. And if u watch the show carefully sasuke has always been protective yet at the sametime distant from sakura, but it doesn't mean that he doesn't has feelings for her. Naruto will mostly likely save sasuke, become hokage, marry hinata, and sasuke will most likely marry sakura.

The most likely answer is no. The anime and manga have yet to show Sasuke's feelings for Sakura, if he even has any. He regards her as, 'annoying,' and so there's probably no chance there.Answer #2:Yes, he does say she is annoying, but we can't even say that "no" is a most likely answer. Especially with all the Naruhina development in the manga recently, I think Sasusaku still has a chance. Also, Kishimoto is still going strong with the fact that Sakura still has feelings for Sasuke, as shown in that chapter where she refuses a love letter from an Iwa shinobi because she "loves another man". She immediately thinks of Sasuke after that. Anyways, a thing to think about is, why would Kishimoto still write about Sakura loving Sasuke? He had many chances in the manga to end their relationship and end Sakura's love for him. This is all coming from a hardcore Sasusaku fan, so I can't say my opinions were not put into this answer, but this is the most reasonable way I think of the likelihood of this pairing.
