totally man. the TMNT Next Mutation series features Venus. She is light blue and her headband is all braided... so awesome. She actually kicked Raph's butt when they first met.
She got doused in the mutagen too, but Splinter didn't see her and didn't pick her up or train her. A dude from china town did and trained her in the art of Shinobi. Splinter and Venus's master walked in dreams together but decided not to tell the boys about Venus and vice versa. you can look it all up on YouTube.
