I think the movie you are thinking of is "The Getaway" from 1972 starring
Steve McQueen. Sally Struthers plays the wife of a veterianian who a bank robber
(who happens to be injured),uses to give him medical help, and then keeps the husband tied up while he has sex with.....Archie Bunker's Daughter!!!
The movie IS called "The Getaway", but it's the 1994 version with Kim basinger, Alec baldwin. The scene you describe is Michael Madsen and Jennifer Tilly. (same movie, all 4 actors are in this).

∙ 12y agoTo be a little more specific - the husband eventually escapes, the kidnapper is caught and the movie ends with the wife being offered unconditional divorce where she gets to keep nothing or she sent is prosecuted. I never saw the first half of the movie.
