You must be more specific on the type of crime you are asking about. The statistitics are usually maintained by classification of the offense not necessarily by juvenile-on-juvenile offenses.
about 19.9%
Indiana does not have gun registration. If you're carrying your firearm in the legal and prescribed manner, there is no requirement for it to be registered.
They do that for the very same reason that when they empty their guns by firing at Superman, they then throw the gun at him.
no apparently he left his badge and gun in his cabin, for hotch to find after he sent him a good bye letter.
They think it's cool or fun. They have no idea what stupid things they are doing, usually. Some people have mental issues, so they do evil things. It's hard to help themselves, but really, they still have control over themselves. Some people find it necessary, or fair, because life is hard for them and they are poor. Others do it to get attention from their parents, like Piper McLean from The Lost Hero.My advice to you: Never commit a crime, even if you are in a tough situation.
Nothing. The only way to get busted with a stun gun is if you are in possession of one where it is illegal. List of Stun Gun Laws. The only other way you could get in trouble for using a stun gun is if you used it in a manner not needed for self defense. In that case you''d be guilty of committing a crime. So you should be fine unless you were in possession of a stun gun in a place where such possession is illegal.
No. There was crime before there were guns. I collect guns. My children and grandchildren are hunters and target shooters. I do not commit crimes, nor does my family. People that want to commit crimes will do so, with or without a gun.
There are many ways to commit crimes, guns are only one way.
tom because he was on the crime scene and had the gun in his hand which we find out he did commit the crime even though hes only a boy
That person would be an accessory to the crime. If the crime was planned by that person in addition to supplying the gun, then it would be conspiracy to commit the crime.Added: An Accesory Before The Fact. A person who procures or advises or commands the commission of a felony but who is not present at its perpetration
That is an extremely broad question. Gun crime is a problem everywhere, but crime in general is a problem (contrary to popular belief, a very large percentage of violent crime involves no weapons or weapons other than guns).
None. Professional criminals and anyone who wants to commit a crime with a gun will still have easy access while the average citizen will be denied. It is one sided.
If you live in a place where they are illegal to possess, that depends on the law of the area you live in. If you use a stun gun to commit a crime, you'll probably get weapons charges added to the crime.
The responsibility of the citizen that owns the gun needs to respect it and not go out and commit a crime with it. Also, it is the citizen's responsibility to legally register the gun.
US obviously because of gun crime they should put more laws on guns duuh
First off, It's B.B. not bebe gun and if you commit a crime with it being reresented as a real gun it is considered "a real firearm" other that that I would check with your local police to see if there are municipal restrictions.
Very few firearm permit holders commit ANY crime. If they have a criminal history, they do not GET a permit.
You could be severely fined and even spend time in jail. You would also be subject to investigation while the authorities find out if such gun was used on other crimes. They of course could "fabricate" a crime with your unregistered gun in such a way that you either pay a bribe or face a sentence for a crime you didn't commit.
