most people & indeed most authorities including the international boundary commission itself would say Alaska

yet because parts of the international border in New Hampshire & Maine have never been straightened by artificial means but still legally follow all the tiny sinuosities of natural watercourses & watershed divides

technically the lengths of these border sectors are indeterminate

because they increase in length the shorter the measuring unit used to measure them

to the point of infinity if the unit is tiny enough & thus precisely true enough

so it is a tie between New Hampshire & Maine at infinity if you use a short enough ruler & prefer the absolute truth to conventional beliefs

but otherwise stick with Alaska
