Depends on what you mean by "at the moment". Do you mean exactly now? If so, by the time I answer the question then the answer will be wrong. (Takes time for me to type ;-)

What time is it in Wellington, New Zealand when it is 10 AM in London, England? {or... Bratislava Slovakia, or Mexico City, Mexico... or wherever you might be located.)

New Zealand has two time zones. The main Islands use New Zealand Standard Time (NZST), 12 hours in advance of Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), while the outlying Chatham Islands use Chatham Standard Time (CHAST), 12 hours 45 minutes in advance of UTC.
GMT + 12 hours, except we have 1 hour of daylight saving in summer. The Chatham Islands are 45 min ahead of mainland New Zealand.

At the time of writing this answer, the current time in Auckland New Zealand is 09:24 AM (NZST). On my computer it shows that is 11:24 PM. Which means there is a 12 hour difference.
