Lucario ;) Also almost any other Pshychic type Pokemon.
Personally, I like Gardevoir because of its high special attack and special defense, something that I feel defines a psychic type. I think Gardevoir is better than Gallade because Gallade's Fighting Type gives it a weakness to Flying types and decreases its defense against other psychic moves. Alakazam is okay, but its low defense often lets it die too quickly for me. If you're looking for something with high defense, then try Bronzong. Bronzong is only weak against Fire-typed moves.

Fatest Cat BreedNaturally Tabby cats are fater than other cats
no one has a gardivoir you have to evolve it from a ralts then fight all the people that had the ralts more than 3 times each then one of them will have a gardivoir
If you breed Ditto and Eevee than you'll get one egg and it will hatch into an Eevee but you can breed them as many times as you want to get more eggs and thus more Eevees.
if you are wondering how kirilia evolves into gardevoir than it wold be level 50 if you are wondering how kirilia evolves into gallade it would be to give a boy kirilia a dawn stone to hold. but gardevoir does not evolve it only has an evelution chain of 4 ..............................................ralts............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................. ..........................................kirirlia.......................................................................... ..................................... / \ ................................................................ ............................gardevoir gallade
Well, first off, Congratulations for having a Kirlia in Pokemon Pearl! They are very rare! So.. you have a choice to make! Kirlia can evolve into either Gallade or Gardevoir. At level 30, Kirlia will evolve into a Gardevoir. (I would not recommend a male Kirlia to evolve into Gardevoir, because it looks more feminine) If you use a Dawn Stone, your Kirlia will evolve into Gallade. (I very strongly recommend using a dawn stone on your male Kirlia. Gallade's stats are better than Gardevoir's. Plus, Gallade looks more masculine. But, be aware that only a male Kirlia will evolve into a Gallade.)
Well, I didn't know you could get a Kirlia in Pokemon HeartGold, but you have a choice of what to evolve it into. At level 30, Kirlia will evolve into a Gardevoir. (I would not recommend a male Kirlia to evolve into Gardevoir, because it looks more feminine, plus the second option has better stats.) If you use a Dawn Stone, your Kirlia will evolve into Gallade. (I very strongly recommend using a dawn stone on your male Kirlia. Gallade's stats are better than Gardevoir's. Plus, Gallade looks more masculine. But, be aware that only a male Kirlia will evolve into a Gallade.)
Ralts evolves unto Kirlia at lvl 20, and evolves into GARDEVOIR if Kirlia's DEF is higher than it's ATK, and GALLADE if Kirlia's ATK is higher than it's DEF.
The best Pokemon team on emerald that you can have(in my opinion) is all the starters, salamence, manectric, and gardevoir. but if you cant get all the starters than here are some other good ones: blaziken breloom wailord skarmory manectric gardevoir ....or.... sceptile torkoal wailord skarmory manectric gallade ....or.... swampert breloom torkoal skarmory manectric gallade ...............i hope this was a big help, these teams have worked great for me and i hope they work great for you too! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- You can't get Gallade in Pokemon Emerald.

Gardevoir and Gallade are both powerful Psychic type Pokemon and which one you use is really up to rather you prefer physical or special attackers. The two both have about equal defenses, hit points and speed, but Gardevoir is a good special attacker and Gallade is a good physical attacker. Gardevoir usually tends to play more of a supporting role in teams rather than using direct attacks, since it's movepool is sort of limited. Gallade is more of an attacker because it has great attack and lots of options for moves with different types. Gallade can take on more foes with it's diverse movepool and extra fighting type, a very good attacking type. Your decision depends on what you prefer (attacker or supporter), but I feel Gallade is better since he can use a wide range of attacks, power up his attacks with bulk up and swords dance and since he has an extra type which pairs well with the Psychic type (fighting is super effective against dark, which is immune to Psychic attacks). Gallade's best move set would proably be Leaf Blade, Close Combat (use a PP Max on it) Stone Edge (PP Max) and Psycho cut.
gardevoir and lucario
Gallade is not a legendary Pokemon. Although it may hold the appearance of one, or be very popular amongst fans (like Lucario), is is not considered legendary. Generally, legendary Pokemon: - Cannot breed; - Do not evolve; - Have no pre-evolutions; - Have high base stats; and - Are hard to catch in the game (requiring some sort of trial to even access). Gallade is a Pokemon who can breed, evolves from Kirlia, has moderate base stats (like many other Pokemon) and is easier to obtain in the game than most legendaries.
Dwarf Hotots are no harder to breed than any other breed of rabbit.
Ditto will breed with anyone other than legandaries (rotom and manaphy can breed)
There is not a specific dog breed that is smarter than any other dog breed in the world than there is in the USA, but the smartest dog breed are poodles.
