if you are on a wii there is a magnifying glass as a and if you press it you will be able to search a title. if you are on a computer or laptop then just go to the top right of the screen and it will have a white bar and you press it and type in a title.

There are a few shows, concerts, and movies with the name The Midnight Express or consisting of portions of the title. None of these fit specifically with the details given.
I believe that there are performances of the 59/60 shows and 1961 shows on YouTube but the BFI only shows two episodes still in their archives
