Either Ponyboy and/or Darry. Ponyboy is smart and can get out of the environment that he is in if he chooses to and he will if his brothers have any say in that. Darry is the same way, but since he has to and wants to care for his brothers he is stuck for the time being. Once his brothers are of age and can take care of themselves then he could do it. Also if the Curtis parents were still alive then there would have no doubt that Darry could have gotten out.
If Darrry didn't have Sodapop and Ponyboy, he would be a Soc because he would still be in school, he wouldn't have so much responsibility, and he would be popular.
Ponyboy wants to make Darry proud by excelling in school and pursuing his dreams, particularly his love for literature and writing. He understands that Darry sacrifices a lot for him and his brothers, and he hopes to show his appreciation through his achievements. Ponyboy also desires to demonstrate that he can be responsible and mature, ultimately bridging the gap in their relationship. By striving for success, he aims to honor Darry's hard work and dedication to their family.
Darry was not really jealous per say. I think the only thing he was jealous about was because the socs have the easy life. Their parents are not only alive, but pay for their schooling such as college. Darry can not have that because he has to work two jobs and support his brothers. Darry had to give up dream of going to college so that why I think he is jealous. As for the ashamed part, Darry had to fight some of his old friends, who are socs. He was probably ashamed because he realizes he might have acted like a stuck up person like the socs when he hung out with them and played football with them. That all came to end when Darry's parents died. So basically Darry might have saw the way he acted before and he does not like what he sees.
In "The Outsiders," Darry Curtis is primarily focused on his responsibilities as a guardian for his younger brothers, Ponyboy and Sodapop, which leaves him little time for hobbies. However, he enjoys working out and staying physically fit, as he is a strong and athletic character. Additionally, he has a passion for football, which he played in high school and still follows. Overall, Darry's dedication to his family and work takes precedence over personal hobbies.

The person who called Darry was his teacher amnd he wanted to know if Ponyboy can do his missed work.
the name is darry and the effects that darry's discipline had on ponyboy was that pony did not think that darry loved him or even cared for him because all the seemed to do was fight, since their parent's death, with darry mostly yelling at ponyboy.

No. Sorry Probably never, Jonas Brothers work for Disney and Naked Brothers work for Nickelodeon. Those are rival channels. Plus, the Jonas Brothers have surpassed the Naked Brothers in maturity and their music is more soulful.
