As a resident of the Ohio valley, I know there are catfish, bass, trout, crayfish, blue gill, minnows, peeper frogs, bull frogs, box turtles, and snapping turtles in the rivers and/or lakes. White tailed deer, coyote, opposums, foxes, mountain lions, bob cats, mice, rats, racoons, black bear, squirles, chipmunks, and various birds including robins, black-capped chickedi, cardinals, red-tailed hawks, vultures, and tufted titmice live on land.
