Nope. Not many games have a built-in language changing option. Also, if the text isn't pre-translated and input (Which could take a while) then it's not there to be switched. If a game does have that option, it will usually be found under an "options" or something like that. As of yet, the only language-changing feature for a Pokemon game is the now-multi-ligual Pokedex. (Which is active from the start of the game; you don't have to unlock it.) It's only NATURAL it would be purely Japanese... THAT'S WHERE POKEMON COMES FROM: JAPAN. Besides, if you want it in English... THEN BUY IT IN ENGLISH! It WILL be imported. So why buy a Japanese one and expect it to be in English? They've never done it before. If anything, the English imports should have an option to change it BACK to Japanese.

When we bought the game, I found out that it had parental controls. It took out all of the bad language and sexual content. You still shoot people, but it is not as graphic as it is without the settings on. You even have the option so that the cutscenes don't play. With the settings on, this game would easily be rated teen instead of the mature rating. I hope this helped!
