If an anarchist group comes to power in a nation, chaos ensues. In this chaos, leaders will arise. Men believe, therefore they follow. The population will slowly gravitate toward different groups with leaders (often leaders of the revolution that resulted in the Anarchy), each group seeking a certain way of life based off of their beliefs/desires. As these groups inevitably strive for their way against the others when their desires conflict, a new government will evolve.
Nihilism and anarchy are not the same, though they can intersect in certain philosophical discussions. Nihilism is a philosophical viewpoint that denies the existence of inherent meaning, value, or purpose in life, while anarchy is a political philosophy advocating for a society without hierarchies or centralized authority. While both can challenge established norms and beliefs, nihilism focuses on existential and moral questions, whereas anarchy is primarily concerned with social and political organization.

Why is this question listed under animal life?
That depends upon how successful you are, and whether you're a citizen or a foreign national. If you're a citizen and you fail, you could be charged with treason and imprisoned for life or executed. If you're a foreign national, you would receive a life sentence or the death penalty on other charges. If you succeed, you would probably create anarchy and screw up what's left of the economy, among other things.
