No one sets the Wicked Witch on fire in "The Wizard of Oz."
Specifically, there is a fire event in the beloved 1939 film version of the original 1900 book edition. But it is the Wicked Witch of the West who is the arsonist, not the victim. She lights her broom with a wall torch, and the Scarecrow's arm ends up catching fire.
During the film nevertheless, Margaret Hamilton (December 9, 1912 - May 16, 1985) suffered burns to her face and hand during the scene in which she exits from Munchkinland. The actress was supposed to disappear in a cloud of fire and smoke. There was a delay in the drop of the trap door by which she exited, and Margaret ended up with a hospital stay and six weeks of bed rest.

He becomes a a bright ball of fire for the Lion. He changes into a lovely green-haired lady bedecked with green jewels and bewinged for the Scarecrow. You need a Magical Coin to get the Fire Wizard. All you have to do is play some levels and get coins and if you are really lucky you might get the Fire Wizard but it is rarer than the normal Wizard. Unfortunately you can't get the Fire Wizard anymore because one of the Moderatorsremoved the Magical Coins because now they have put in different ones fore moving up levels.
