The "tango" is a dance done by two people. Thus the idiom means both parties involved in a situation or argument are equally responsible for it.
Yes probably but if the boson would have done it, Will would have received deeper wounds.
She threatened the authority of the Puritan leaders. She held meetings in her home, so people started going to her instead of the church leaders. Also, they didn't like the idea of people gathering somewhere besides church and discussing religious things, because it undermined their power. Also, she was a woman, and teaching men so this was frowned upon. Hutchinson also accused some church leaders of preaching the Covenant of Works, which is a Catholic belief that opposes the Puritan belief in the Covenant of Grace. The authorities were pretty pissed that she accused them of that, because they were worried it made them look bad. Pretty much they were pissed she was running her mouth, and people were actually listening to her. If i were Winthrop, and in the situation he was in, I totally would've thrown her out. Winthrop had just lost the election for Governor recently, and he was not about to lose any more power. Also, she was disrupting the good monopoly the Church hierarchy had going. They were on top, and they were not about to allow some crazy bitch to take away all they had worked so hard to build. Do I think it was right by today's standards? No. Would I have done the same thing if I were Winthrop? Yes.

I would have to say that would depend on what the Mom has done to have to worry about what that situation... The court will do what is in the best interest of the child. If the situation with Dad is better than the situation with Mom, then he has a chance.
