Yes, their first child was Joshua Duggar (the one that just married Anna Keller). After this birth Michelle Duggar resumed taking Birth Control and ended up losing a pregnancy due to the birth control. They consulted their doctor and realized that birth control can do this to a pregnancy.

From my knowledge she has had two miscarriages. However, miscarriages are not considered as official "deaths"; "death" is officially applied to a neonate (new baby) who has lived outside the womb for even a few seconds to few minutes, or to any person of any age after being born. Therefore, NO, none of the Dugger children have died.

Yes, poor Jubilee Shalom Duggar died December 2, 2011. And Caleb Duggar (was going to be Michelle and Jim Bob's 2 child but they had a miscarriage) I am praying for the Duggars everyday , God bless the Duggars.

None of the Duggar children died, but two children were miscarried. Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar's second child, Caleb, was miscarried and they believe this was caused by the use of contraceptives before Caleb was conceived. Michelle miscarried her twentieth child, Jubilee, (twenty-first if you include Caleb) on December 11, 2011. Michelle was a high-risk pregnancy at that time because of her 17 labors (she had two sets of twins), age, multiple C-sections, and previous miscarriage with Caleb. These factors resulted in the miscarriage of Jubilee, and Michelle has not been able to conceive anymore children since then.
