temple
When Jesus was lost in Jerusalem for three days they found him in the temple (Luke 2:42-48), asking and answering questions from the priests. He told his parents "Didn't you know I would be in my fathers house."
Walter was pressured into taking his fathers life insurance check and giving it to Willy Harris to open a bar and start a business
The affect is that they are wasting the persons time who is waiting for the parent of the child. It is not fair on the person who is looking after the child when they are waiting for the parent because they can be doing something else or spending time with their family.
Jesus' outstanding accomplishment was dying on the cross of Calvary and being resurrected the third day. By doing this Jesus Christ paid the penalty for mankind's sin. Something no one else could ever do. But in order to take advantage of having your own personal sins removed you have to accept Jesus Christ as your personal Savior. When you accept Jesus you are reconciled back to God (the Father). John 14:6, " Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me."
Jesus Camp..those christian fanatics scare the bejeesus out of me...and they think there is nothing wrong with brainwashing children....shame on them for doing it in the name of God.
A step parent does have some rights, but they are extremely limited. In Wisconsin, step parents do have rights regarding day to day care, BUT their rights are subject to the wishes of the biological parent that they are married to. As regards parental rights, a step parent is not considered a parent, but a legal guardian. In all major decisions (custody) or major events, a step parent does NOT have rights, nor can they contest a parent's rights in court unless they can prove a danger to the child would occur. In fact, a step parent who interfears with a biological parent's rights in any way can be held in Contempt for doing so. In ALL matters regarding the children, the rights of the step parent is ALWAYS trumped by either biological parent, unless a judge interseeds. In joint custody arrangements, both parents have equal rights, no one parent is above the other, no matter who has the children more, and a step parent cannot be a tie-breaker unless both parents agree. Only a judge, federal law, or state law can overrule or remove a biological parent's rights. The bottom line is the rights of a step parent in Wisconsin are VERY limited and are always subject to the biological parents.

He was in the temple reading and debating scripture with the rabbis and elders.
Age won't make you a good parent. Knowing what to do and doing it will, so if you intend to have a child, you should attend as many courses and help-groups as you can, and talk to experienced mothers and fathers about the process.
It is believed that Jesus lived in Nazareth, but traveled to Jerusalem on certain feast days. He would have received an education, spiritually, and a trade, following His step father, Joseph in doing carpentry.
In the US, the parent[s] can give the child any name they choose. However, doing so does not establish paternity.
None of any substance. Some may point to His 12th year visit to Jerusalem when the family left without Him. He was in the Temple doing His Father's work.
When Jesus was twelve years old he accompanied His parents to Jerusalem to celebrate the Passover. When the celebration was over his parents left for home and assumed that Jesus was with others in the party. When it was discovered that Jesus was not among them they returned to Jerusalem to find Him. He was found in the Temple sitting among the teachers listening to them and asking them questions. When His parents asked why He had stayed behind He answered, "Did you not know that I must be about My Father's business"? This is found in Luke 2:41-50.
Luke 2:41 Now his parents went to Jerusalem every year at the Feast of the Passover. Luke 2:42 And when he was twelve years old, they went up according to custom. John 2:23 Now when He was in Jerusalem at the Passover Feast, many believed in his name when they saw the signs that he was doing. John 5:1 After this there was a Feast of the Jews, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem. John 10:22 At that time the Feast of Dedication took place at Jerusalem. It was winter, John 10:23 and Jesus was walking in the temple, in the colonnade of Solomon. John 10:24 So the Jews gathered around him
