First, download Pokesav for Platinum (there's different one for Diamond & Pearl & Heart Gold & Soul Silver). Then, edit your Pokemon! It's simple if you follow a tutorial (there are plenty on youtube) which should also cover how to pass the codes onto your action replay, which you can then activate in-game.
