The first volume of Season 2 was released on DVD in Summer of last year. When Seasons 2 and 3 were being filmed, it was viewed as an entire season of 45 episodes through the eyes of Dan Schneider and the iCarly staff. That being said, if we were to consider that Season 3, the episodes airing right now, is actually the continuation of Season 2; then the Season 2 DVD *should* be coming out after Season 3 is done airing. But for the moment, there is no news nor a definite answer as to if and when the rest of Season 2 will make it to DVD. Some of the Season 3 specials such as iSaved Your Life, iFight Shelby Marx, and iSpace Out made it to DVD; so there's a possibility that we may never even see the rest of season 2 on DVD.
