It is rotom! you can find him in the old chateau. first you go up the stairs. if you are to scared. go through the top open doorway. when you first walk in you see a doorway in front of you. DON'T GO THROUGH IT! go trough the left one. heh heh heh. when you walk in you see a TV. go in front of it and press the a button. it says "it looks like a Pokemon is inside it" want to thump it. press yes. LOOK OUT! ITS ROTOM ON LEVEL 20! this only happens on Saturday mornings. on national Dex it is chikorita. to get chikorita you need to migrate from heartgold or from soulsilver. glad id help.

151 is Manaphy. Go into the Pokémon Mansion, head into Mr. Backlot's room and examine the book there, it'll be added to your Sinnoh Dex as being "seen" whereas 152 is Rotom, this is available in the Old Chateau in Eterna Forest, head into there, go upstairs, head left and go into the first door that you see. Click on the TV and a Rotom will come out however remember that if you want to catch a Rotom then this is your only chance and also Rotom will only come out of the TV between 8 PM and 4 AM.
